Stay Loyal “Success Stories” Competition
Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Stay Loyal Pty Ltd of PO Box 8004, Mt Pritchard, NSW, 2170. ACN 24 620 865 769.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Stay Loyal and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
The promotion commences at 8:00am AEST on Monday, 13 March 2017 and ends 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 26 March 2017.
To enter the promotion, participants must: i) Be an existing Stay Loyal customer. ii) Submit a before/after photo or video of their dog either by posting onto Stay Loyal’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/StayLoyalDogs) or emailing to orders@stayloyal.com.au.iii) Describe how Stay Loyal has changed their dog’s life (whether it be the product or dog care tips provided that have improved the dog’s health/wellness etc.)
All valid entries will be reviewed at 10:00am AEST on Monday, 27 March 2017 (“Draw Date”). Stay Loyal will choose one winner based on creativity and originality of their entry. The winner will receive a $500 cash prize (Total prize value AU $500).
The winner will be announced at 12:00pm AEST on Friday, 31 March 2017 on the Stay Loyal Facebook page (www.facebook.com/StayLoyalDogs) as well as Stay Loyal newsletter. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook and email and will have 3 business days to respond, or will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 5 April 2017.
The redrawn winner shall be notified by 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 5 April 2017 via Facebook direct message and email.
Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable. The prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Stay Loyal expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and Stay Loyal’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. Stay Loyal expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
Stay Loyal accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
Stay Loyal shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Stay Loyal shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Stay Loyal, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Stay Loyal reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
All entrants agree to grant Stay Loyal a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use the photos and/or videos they use in entering the competition.

Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
