Because Stay Loyal is concentrated, you feed less of it than you're used to. A bag lasts longer than you'd expect, which means your deliveries can be further apart than you'd think.
Find your dog's weight below. The number of weeks is roughly how long a bag will last, so use it to set how often your food arrives. If your dog is desexed, older or fairly relaxed, use the first column. If they're a pup, young or genuinely active, use the second.

If the timing turns out to be wrong once you see how fast the bag goes down, change it in your account in a few clicks. Plenty of people do. It's the normal thing to do, not a problem.
Week 1 to 2. Introduce Stay Loyal gradually rather than switching in one go. Stools often change first, and usually for the better.
Week 4 to 8. This is when most people start noticing the difference. Less scratching, less licking at paws, a coat starting to look glossy rather than dull.
Week 12. A coat takes months to fully grow through. If your dog came to us with a long-running problem, this is realistically when you'll see how far it's come.
If you're not seeing what you hoped for, tell us before you give up. Email orders@stayloyal.com.au. Often it's the amount being fed, or it's the protein and the other recipe suits your dog better. Both are easy to fix.
And if it comes to it, our refund policy is simple. If your dog won't eat the food, we'll ask you to try our 7-day fussy feeding technique first, since fussiness is often about how food is introduced rather than the food itself. If that doesn't work, email us and you'll get a prompt refund of every cent. For itchy dogs, give it 3 to 4 weeks or a full bag before deciding, because skin genuinely takes that long to settle.
